Just to have the car in an easily accessible position to just drive out and to have all paperwork ready.i.e.full service report.i no all about the car so had no need to be shown controls ectBrilliant overall.great service.only thing I would say and it's NOT a criticism.is when car is being collected by customer.have it ready pointing the correct way to exit so not having to manoeuvre through a number of cars to get to exit.if my wife was collecting a car she would panic. All in all brilliant.just waiting for the full service report to be posted out to myself.confirming what was done for the full service
