It was really simple. Only lost one star as the original date I booked showed as available on the online booking portal, and it allowed me to book it, yet I was contacted a few days later by email to say that it was fully booked and a new date had to be given. So I'm not sure how up-to-date or accurate the online calendar might be.Everything was great
