Unfortunately, I am not a fan of online systems. I was dealt with by Lola prior to and on the day of my appointment. I have to say that I am extremely impressed by Lola’s detailed knowledge of Vauxhall vehicles, her customer service skills and her overall professionalism. She is a credit to Lookers Liverpool. I would readily employ her if I was in a position to do so. I am also pleased with the work that was done on my vehicle - I had a spare wheel and carrier fitted to my newly purchased Vauxhall car prior to a trip to Germany. The sole reason that I have not awarded 5 stars is that on-site parking is severely limited at Lookers Liverpool and, because of this, I will need to seriously consider alternative locations for the future servicing and repair of my vehicle.
