Very easy to navigate and use. Service from email advising service due to complete of service was excellent and could not be faulted. On reception Clare kept me fully updated on the service and even went out of her way to help me find my car in the car park. All documentation fully explained, and the coffee machine produced a good capuccino before driving off.
