The list of things that you could have done did not include a basic service I had to put something like air con top up to get to the end. Fast, organised and professional.

I found the whole experience of dealing with the service department easy . With the staff being friendly and helpful. So much that I have changed my car for a new 73 plate Crossland purchased from Lookers. Joe Williams went out of his way to facilitate delivery of my new car. All members of staff were very helpful and went about their jobs in a professional manner.
