Because the staff were very nice and when I came into Vauxhall they dealt with my car very quickly and did not wait long

I would not have purchased a car from Lookers had it not been for the attention given to me by Rob Moyles. I had been looking for a low mileage insignia and ringing various garages over the last 2 months enquiring about the cars I was amazed at the dis interest of the sales staff i havespoken to.

Quick and easy.

Because although I booked online at a time slot that was available I then got a call back to say it wasn't available, and that the onlne systems and local systems weren't connected so a manual check had to take place. This seems really unacceptable in this age when integrated systems are the norm. The online service should show live availability at all times.Service at the garage fine although had to wait longer than I was told I would be waiting. Needs more desks to work from in the waiting area for people to work. Also far too many calls hassling for survey feedback which is off-putting.
