I would like to thank John Farrell for helping me to buy a car for my mother. He was so lovely and helpful. The whole process was so quick and easy from start to finish. The guy who delivered the car to my mother also needs a mention. He called to say he was half an hour away, so pleasant and spent time with my mother, showing her the features of the car. And a different person collected her part-exchange - he phoned as well to let us know his eta and kept us updated. Such fabulous customer service all round. Thank you!

Rob was brilliant and made us feel relaxed

I was happy with the service because I was kept informed of the stage my vehicle was being serviced from arrival to finish. The reason I’ve not given 5 stars is because it was marked as urgent to get a new tyre due to pressure reading of tyre but it was at a decent level and not anywhere close to what is the legal limit. I think it should have been advisory rather than urgent. Thanks.
