Unfortunately, I am not a fan of online systems.I was dealt with by Lola prior to and on the day of my appointment. I have to say that I am extremely impressed by Lola’s detailed knowledge of Vauxhall vehicles, her customer service skills and her overall professionalism. She is a credit to Lookers Liverpool. I would readily employ her if I was in a position to do so.I am also pleased with the work that was done on my vehicle - I had a spare wheel and carrier fitted to my newly purchased Vauxhall car prior to a trip to Germany.The sole reason that I have not awarded 5 stars is that on-site parking is severely limited at Lookers Liverpool and, because of this, I will need to seriously consider alternative locations for the future servicing and repair of my vehicle.

John Farrell who we dealt could not fault him. He wasn't pushy he gave usplenty of time to make a decision. Love our car so glad we went to Lookers. Thanks John

Very easy to navigate and use.Service from email advising service due to complete of service was excellent and could not be faulted. On reception Clare kept me fully updated on the service and even went out of her way to help me find my car in the car park. All documentation fully explained, and the coffee machine produced a good capuccino before driving off.
