We ordered our new Motability car and we're looked after by Francis. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He managed our expectations well with regards the delays with the manufacture and delivery if new vehicles at the moment, so we expected a lengthy delay, but it was explained to us well and we understood all of the reasons for this. We were offered drinks and made comfortable while we signed all of the paperwork and Francis showed us how all of the gadgets worked in the car. He was polite, friendly and helpful and an asset to your branch.

Initially told over a month for it to be booked in. That was unacceptable, hence the low score for Q2 & Q4. I asked to speak to the manager but he was off site so spoke to Roy McNeil. He sorted the issue out that morning and I had my car back the following day, hence the high score for Q1. You can tell a good company by the way they deal with you and the situation when they receive a complaint. Well done Roy for stepping up and being solution focussed 👏👏👏

Dealt with Lola when arrived at Vauxhall. She went through everything with me and discussed the service plan, was really helpful. Couldn’t of gone any better, thank you Lola!

Everyone at Liverpool Lookers was amazing, I had bought a used car from them last year which gave me nothing but problems. At every step of the way they helped me eventually getting me back into another car which is brilliant. Excellent experience as ever, Joe has been wonderful looking after me and my family for many years, I was also fortunate to meet Rob, who was also amazing and made me feel like my needs were important.
