Lookers Vauxhall’s Mobility rep was very helpful and friendly when dealing with my initial enquiry and then again when my vehicle delivered.

Gary Banks worked very hard to get my vehicle close to time which was arranged.

No issues with anything from the moment I began looking for my new car until the day I collected it The only issue I had was the time I waited for my new vehicle which was out of the control of the dealership.

The long wait for the part to arrive was very inconvenient

I had to catch two buses to get back to the dealership before it completely closed down for the day. I only just made it, having to make a phone call and payment whilst on the bus. It would have been better if the dealership had phoned me earlier in the day, when they knew that the car would be ready to pick up that day. It was lucky that I phoned them when I did, because if I had left it any later, I would have had to go through it all very early the following morning.

I put a deposit down but decided car was to small still waiting for my refund been 6 days now and still not heard anything on refund

I always have a great experience I've purchased many cars from lookers over the years I always recommend you There was just 1 let down this time the valet wasn't good there was still a lot of dirt on car there was string tied to one wing mirror an inside there was a card holder from flowers in the door but it was more that the car wasn't clean that I didn't like other than that everything else was perfect Rob moyels was great very helpful an knowledgeable
