Excellent service from Francis Clews with all the current delays he was in constant contact keeping me updated every step of the way on delivery of my new vehicle and just displayed excellent customer service and always an friendly approach. Brilliant no other words

My only issue is rust was identified in some areas and also dents so I thought I should have been asked if I want it fixed whiles my car was in the garage.

John Farrell was superb. Overall service was good. Bit disappointed in some promises not following through.

It was evident that staff have a great knowledge around buying cars and, Vaxhall cars overall. Very professional and friendly atmosphere and evidence of a team working together. Rob Moyles was great, it was he who we dealt with mainly and he showed knowledge of buying cars and the process, there was an issue with the V5 for our new car but quickly resolved it then I could take our new car home as planned. Definitely would recommend Vaxhall in Liverpool.
