Outstanding customer service from sales executive Gary Banks. Very knowledgable about vehicles, finance opportunities, vehicle care and service plans. Called regularly to update me on the progress of the vehicle purchase. Manager Neil Moody was on hand during and after everything was completed. Gave us a great deal with no time wasted between our arrival and finding the right deal for us. Both Gary and Neil went above and beyond to get the car ready asap for our very excited daughter. Outstanding service from them both, we will be coming back here for our next car.

Nick Barr was amazing and a credit to the Lookers Liverpool branch. Went above and beyond all expectations from the initial enquiry to driving off the forecourt. Genuine and honest man and look forward to buying my next car from him in the future. Staff in the Liverpool branch where very helpful and complete transparency was given throughout. Only downside to whole experience I found was the details - e.g. looking at cars that where on the website but weren't ready for sale which lengthened the process.

Not your fault but waiting a year for a car was a bit extreme I nearly went to buy an other car. So you nearly lost an order.

I have to say that dealing with James was very good as he explained everything from finance and any questions I asked.

Francis was Really helpful and explained everything to us, made it an easy transaction.

John Farrell was the dealer I dealt with and initially was buying a different car, however when this was delivered from another dealer there was an issue that meant I couldn’t buy the car, John went above and beyond to source me another car. John was that helpful, he always kept me informed on updates for different cars that even when I was being offered cars from different dealers but I wanted to only deal with John due to me feeling I could trust him. I would highly recommend lookers and will definitely be using this company the next time I change my car. John was brilliant and I will definitely recommend him to friends and family
