Yes my car was left with the engine running on your forecourt unattended when I went outside ‘ I informed one of the staff that went past and was told it was left by your valeting service and was informed that they will inform your service manager.I am yet to hear from him !

I was really happy with my experience, rob who served me was excellent, helpful, knowledgeable and go me what I wanted. There was also a sales man called John I think who entertained my daughter for me and was so good with her when he had his own work to do. This really ment a lot to me as I was on my own with her.
