I ordered my new Motability car March 2022 was advised there could be a delay due to problems with Microchips. I received my car on 15 03 2023 and I’m delighted with it. I was contacted on many occasions. Fabulous communication from Francis Clews.

The sales person that dealt with me was very personal about his job and I was very relaxed with him at all times if all your staff where like the person that looked after me it will de a good place to bay a car thank you

When I booked in my car for service I said my car aircon would probably need re-gassing and to check and refill as necessary, but on day of service you were unable too ??? Now require revisit, otherwise 1st class service.

Felt like we weren’t offered many options even though we went in looking for a certain car it would have been good to be provided options. Also waiting time would have been 3 months which I believe to be excessive waiting for a new car. It wouldn’t have felt new and the newer reg would have not long before it would have come out again. Disappointed really as had Vauxhall cars for many years now and sadly have had to go with alternative make.
