Initially the manager Dan Edwards was very helpful in finding the car we wanted. Then John Farrell took it from there. Superb customer service from both individuals. They are Definitely in the right job. 👏👏👏

Unfortunately due to world issues my new car has taken quite some time to arrive however that does not reflect on the salesman, Gary, who has been helpful in keeping me updated, speaking to me when I was getting quite fed up of the wait and being understanding & supportive all the way through. The showroom is beautifully kept and all the staff I had contact with were professional at all times as well as being pleasant to speak to.

Francis Clews is an asset to the Lookers Vauxhall team, his customer service is exceptional as he goes above and beyond to ensure that you're satisfied with the product you've ordered. Despite having issues with supply, which was outside of his control, Francis kept us up to date and remained in contact with regards to when our new car should be expected, giving an honest assessment of the situation, which helped to manage our expectations. Thecar i got was a mobility car so no service plan was offered as it wasnt needed and also i dont think there was a need to meet any management as the person we dealt with Francis Clews was excellent at his job and providied everything we needed and he is a credit to the dealership. I also recieved a courtesy call today from him to makesure evwrything was ok and i was happy with the car.
