The national customer service and relation department is lacking massively. They passed me from one department to another. People call you with a Liverpool number showing and they are actually in the North East. They say they will send emails, still waiting for that!! The ratings I have given are for the customer service team in Liverpool, first and foremost Cheryl. Absolutely looked after me from start to finish. Well done to the team there.
