No issues with anything from the moment I began looking for my new car until the day I collected itThe only issue I had was the time I waited for my new vehicle which was out of the control of the dealership.

The long wait for the part to arrive was very inconvenient

I had to catch two buses to get back to the dealership before it completely closed down for the day. I only just made it, having to make a phone call and payment whilst on the bus. It would have been better if the dealership had phoned me earlier in the day, when they knew that the car would be ready to pick up that day. It was lucky that I phoned them when I did, because if I had left it any later, I would have had to go through it all very early the following morning.

I put a deposit down but decided car was to small still waiting for my refund been6 days now and still not heard anything on refund

I always have a great experience I've purchased many cars from lookers over the years I always recommend youThere was just 1 let down this time the valet wasn't good there was still a lot of dirt on car there was string tied to one wing mirror an inside there was a card holder from flowers in the door but it was more that the car wasn't clean that I didn't like other than that everything else was perfect Rob moyels was great very helpful an knowledgeable

Nick Barr was very helpful in finding us a car just right for us. Very helpful and made experience easy and straight forward. Would got back to him to buy a new car.

Excellent service from Francis Clews with all the current delays he was in constant contact keeping me updated every step of the way on delivery of my new vehicle and just displayed excellent customer service and always an friendly approach. Brilliant no other words

My only issue is rust was identified in some areas and also dents so I thought I should have been asked if I want it fixed whiles my car was in the garage.
