Excellent experience as ever, Joe has been wonderful looking after me and my family for many years, I was also fortunate to meet Rob, who was also amazing and made me feel like my needs were important. The only thing I am deciding on now is the cost, but thats nothing to do with Vauxhall. Thanks for the excellent service as always.

Parking at facility impossible due to number of vehicles at site. Had to park 400 metres away from facility.

John Farrell was really helpful and knowledgeable and put us at ease. It was a shame that the vehicle had to be withdrawn from sale due to multiple issues, but I massively appreciate the honesty and integrity of your company in doing this. I will happily recommend you to friends and family in the future.

I’d like to say Jordan was great, really helpful and friendly during the whole process. His service was amazing, and he was really quick and efficient with communications.The car itself is great and I am really happy with it. I just would like to point out one minor issue: the valet wasn’t great - there were a few stains that easily came off when wiped and a sweet in the bag rear door.But I am still really happy with the service from Jordan and I am made up with the car itself.
