Customer service was excellent but had to wait weeks for appointment as there was shortage of courtesy cars, as it turned out I didn’t need courtesy car so could have had the problem sorted weeks sooner.

I ordered my new Motability car March 2022 was advised there could be a delay due to problems with Microchips. I received my car on 15 03 2023 and I’m delighted with it. I was contacted on many occasions. Fabulous communication from Francis Clews.

The sales person that dealt with me was very personal about his job and I was very relaxed with him at all times if all your staff where like the person that looked after me it will de a good place to bay a car thank you
