I was helped and advised by Sam Downes who was knowledgeable,patient and amazingly helpful.He sorted out all my queries and listened to my requests .He rang or contacted me when he said he would and made what could have been a worrying experience a real pleasure.I am still getting used to my car but I know I can ring Sam and he will help me if necessary.He is a wonderful assett to Lookers at St Helens and I will recommend the garage and especially Sam to anyone who asks .Thank you .
