I feel comfortable with the service as a woman driver .

I spoke to Jason Boardman about a new 2 year service plan and he explained everything to me and advised me about what parts I should cover because my next visit is a major service.The after care at Vauxhalls Knowsley Road St. Helen's as always been to a very high standard.

Excellent service as usual. I recommend all my family and friends to use this dealership. everyone is so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The wait was quite lengthy considering I got there before 8am.

Workshop need to understand that in these difficult times not everyone can afford complete replacement of parts.instead they should try to fix the problem first. I.e. if a brake calliper is seized try to free it rather than suggest new as the first option.It’s about time that you got a designated parking zone for service vehicles your current situation is an accident waiting to happen.like most people I just dump my car in any old gap.

I asked for a wooden stick to stir my coffee as there were none near the drink station and instead of going to look for some, the person on reception just said "I don't know where they are". Not the right answer I feel.

AMAZING!! A few years ago I purchased my Vectra, the service then was impeccable and friendly that is the reason why I chose to to go to St. Helens again. The service on this occasion was above and beyond, David (sales), Jordan (sales), Jordan (finance) the patience, support was spot on, I would recommend St. Helens every time, even though I live in Birmingham,the receptionist too, I am really grateful for the great customer service shown to me most communication was by email even so brilliant, I wish you all blessings.I cannot forget Andy who delivered my car, what a great guy, he took the time, to go through the ins and outs of my new car, even though he may have been on a schedule. Was very pleased and over the moon with how easy the process was made and all the communication given for purchasing my new car. Sam Downes was brilliant and was straightforward and made everything easy and made me feel more comfortable with getting my new car from speaking to him at the dealership and communicating with me whilst waiting for it to be shipped over.
