I made a first enquiry and changed my mind when I eventually bought the car the MOT was under 9 months I think car should have had a new 1 year MOT regardless of the date of my first commitment.

I was very impressed from start to finish , John Ashurst was very knowledgeable an helped find my car , he was very understanding on what I needed and I left it in his hands, so I bought it the same day , also I have to mention Andy the delivery driver he was so nice & polite he shown me a few things on my car as I felt nervous , Andy even took my dash cam and disconnected the wire from both which has saved me £40 , he is a credit , I’m so happy with my new car , thank you John & Andy from ST Helens branch x

John and David were really easy to deal with, both very friendly and professional

The staff were very pleasant from booking the service to turning up on the morning of my appointment. I asked could I have my car back by mid day and they certainly delivered. My car had also been cleaned which added to the overall experience. I will be using lookers St. Helens again and will recommend them

I was very happy with all the service except that a warranty part was ordered since January 2022 and now we are in May 2022 and the item has not yet arrived in the workshop. Not even a single phone call or email to give me update about the part. It would be nice to update customers even if the part has not arrived in 6 weeks.
