The salesperson was very good, he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the car we arranged to test drive wasn’t available and we had to test drive a lesser model. The test drive team took away the top model after showing me it before my wife arrived.I booked the test drive whilst on holiday in Spain and I asked for a 4:30pm appointment but I was given 4:30 pm CET which meant I turned up an hour late. Your team didn’t contact me and marked me as a no show, I only managed to catch them because the 5pm appointment cancelled.Overall the sales team were good, the test team not so good.Unfortunately the car didn’t meet my expectations.Best regardsIan Bryson

Sam was absolutely fabulous! He wasn’t expecting me and went through all my options very clearly. He took the time to understand what I wanted in a car and worked within my budget. I was able to test drive his vehicle on the day with no problems. Although I didn’t buy from Vauxhall, Sam was great.
