I put a formal complaint regarding the 12 month warranty I had paid for on 29th July I had the RAC out on two occasions to diagnose the fault. I got the RAC out paid £90 for the diagnosis, the problem was the synchro selector between the first and reverse gears.I had contacted Lookers and the earliest they could get the vehicle in was 23rd August, Lookers St Helens said they could fit me in on 9th August. St Helens called me Tuesday 30th July and asked me to bring the vehicle in . after the RAC diagnosis I dropped the car at St Helens and it was repaired, I picked it up on Friday 2nd August-so well done Lookers St. Helens, the people were very helpful and supportive
