I thought the communication from Lookers was poor. I was initially told 12 weeks. It actually took 11 months. Whilst I appreciate the delays were totally out of their hands, I was given at least 5 different approx dates the car would be ready and it was only because I phoned the dealership each time the week before to ask for an update did I find that those dates had been moved every time. I should have had a phone call each time to tell me it had been delayed.

Completely overwhelmed with the service I received. Personally I’d like to say I’ve dealt with other dealerships in the past (Pentagon Ford) who were less than adequate. Simon B who dealt with myself was brilliant. He went above and beyond each time I spoke with him and assisted me in a brilliant way. The whole team were polite, thoughtful and helpful. I’d recommend the dealership (especially Simon) to anyone and everyone!
