Extremely helpful customer service. The car pick up and delivery was much appreciated and in good time. The deal was good and is likely to make me continue to be a customer. Speaking directly and dealing directly with St Helen's has always been pleasant and informative since they took over servicing my car after the Warrington showroom closed.

Reception staff were efficient and friendly making the visit enjoyable in difficult times.

Although the service was excellent parking was a nightmare . I was lucky because one of your people parked the car for me in a spot that was not marked as a parking bay. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointed time but only reported to the desk with 5 minutes to spare

Check in at the dealership was very quick and efficient. Paperwork already in place when I arrived so that I could just check in and hand over keys. Vehicle was serviced and back ready for collection within an hour. Excellent service.
