Service was by appointment and was very quick, as previously advised. Friendly helpful staff. Only problem initially was trying to park the car but with a little help from a salesperson that was soon resolved.

Service generally good.However,was disappointed that the normal post service car wash and valet was not available.I wasn't told about this at the time of collection and only realised later.

Great service, car picked up, brought back, no problems.

On arrival, we were greeted warmly by the Service Reception lady. She went through all the details of the service and the M.O.T. and asked if there were any problems. She explained the procedure and gave us directions to the Town centre. She telephoned us when the car was ready for collection and when we arrived, she went through the relative documents with us, took our payment and told us where our car was. She wished us a safe journey home. We found the car straight away, all in order. It was clean and tidy inside and out, even though they couldn’t valet it due to Covid 19 restrictions on the workforce. A very pleasurable experience all round. I will say that I have used several Lookers branches over the years, and can honestly say that, at every one, I have had superb service . Well done to you all and thankyou very much!
