I received a phone call from lookers st Helens and because I didn't want to book an appointment the phone was slammed down on me

Sales man said he would call me back with some figures to upgrade my car never did

Dear Lookers St Helens,I have made multiple attempts to reserve this vehiclehttps://www.lookers.co.uk/deal-builder/reserve-now/X300-559570using my Nationwide credit card.Every time I try, I get the Nationwide pop up asking me to input a one-time code and my post code, but there's no way to type in the boxes to be able to type text in either of the boxes - the cursor won't stay in the boxes to let me type.I have tried it on more than one browser and I get the same problem.I suspect that this is a problem with Nationwide, not Lookers, but they are closed right now.Please is there another way for St Helens to reserve the vehicle for me until I can get the payment problem sorted out?Thank you,Loren Hosein

I have my car booked in for a Service & a Recall on the 04/02/2026 @ 10.30am and I was told it would take all day so I will get a Loan Car but I would have to pay £25.00 for the loan car which I don't agree with as it is a Recall and I would normally wait when it's a Service in your Showroom.

I'm still waiting for my Kia Sportage to be sorted. This has been ongoing since August 2025! I'm fed up with excuses every time I call in. I can't get through when I ring. My car was sent by Vauxhall to Kia as it was shuddering. It is an automatic. Kia St Helens said it needs a double clutch, although Vauxhall Service are saying this is debatable. I took out the Warranty so I don't know what the problem is. Perhaps Vauxhall don't want to pay, but I can understand as I have the Warranty. I had to cancel my New Year celebrations in Edinburgh at my nephew's as I could not trust it to get me there safely.Chris Cunliffe in The Sales Team has always been great with me when I have purchased vehicles.This complaint is a last resort. Perhaps I would receive better customer service if I had a Vauxhall. As I said, this has been ongoing since August and I think I deserve better than this.
