Bought car 01/05/2026 paid £2000 deposit. No receipt given.Paid balance of car that afternoon £7997.Paid £999 for 3yr warranty with RAC cover included no receipt or paperwork to show what it includes or how it works.My mum paid the £200vtax no receipt.My mum paid for gardx treatment no receipt.Phoned 03/05/2026 @ 13:04 told phone back Tuesday as the team is not in to check my payments had gone through.Phoned 05/05/2026 @ 10:27 to be told I should have an emailed receipt for the payment.Still no receipt or information on the warranty with breakdown cover included.Going to try yet again today but normally as a customer receipt 's should be normal.Even the green slip doesn't have the date on when I bought the car.

I spent about 90mins at your showroom. Very happy with the young salesman who explained how electric Mokka was charged etc. Answered my many questions to my satisfaction.We went out to test drive the black Mokka as I had never driven one. Young man couldn’t see it anywhere so I went for a coffee in showroom while he went to a compound. Eventually came back to say it was a demonstration car and was out with a customer. Didn’t know when it would be back.No idea why a customer would have an advertised car out on the road. I assume the mileage would be much higher than advertised every day. Drove home feeling I’d wasted my journey from Warrington.Not the fault of the young salesman I stress.I bought my current car with you fromnew and the buying went well. I did have to bring it back after several months when I realised the locking wheel nuts were missing on each wheel. Service manager came out to take my keys from me but didn’t apologise for a serious error.I didn’t take the matter any further.So that’s my dealings with Lookers St Helens.
