Sam Downes was my advisor and I can’t give him a more positive review. I’ve worked in customer service all my life and his level of customer service is extremely rare. He didn’t just go above and beyond, he went further than that. I cannot fault anything. I will always be a customer of Lookers as long as Sam works there!

Quick and efficient.Absolutely amazing staff. From the receiptionist to the mechanic to the sales executive to the management. What an amazing team!! Their knowledge and compassion towards my situation was out of this world and if I could give more stars (or even a pay rise) I would. Larissa Currie is an absolutely wonderful human and it has been a pleasure to do business with someone so understanding and proactive. I would never go anywhere else now.

I feel 'looked after' by Lookers. I chose to buy my car there because it was the nearest garage to my home and have always been glad that it is my local distributorship. The staff are always friendly and helpful and reassuring. I like the free health check. Nothing needed doing on this occasion (I am on the service plan) and everything was explained to me well.
