I was given a warm welcome by the lovely Larrisa who was so pleasant and very professional in her manner. She made my experience a lot better than previous ones at Lookers where I've been left standing for ages and basically forgotten about. She has changed my opinion about the customer service given there, she clearly knows her job inside out but her personality makes her more effective in her role.
