Found the service desk staff especially helpful and friendly. I was most impressed with Paul when he explained to me what the problems were and how they were fixed. Overall, the dealership gave off an efficient and friendly atmosphere reminiscent of the Speke dealership which sadly is no longer with us.

I booked the service with Vauxhall on line and it was promptly changed by the dealership without any consultation to a distant date when you had told me it was a recall that could result in a danger driving. They then could only give me a date a month later

Katy Ashton was extremely helpful and explained the pricing of the new Astra I was interested in in detail. No complaints.

However,after taking delivery of the car, I noticed the offside wheels had been switched rear to front and front to rear.This switch should not be done as the rear tyres are wider than the front tyres ( 255 rear /225 front).As a result,the front tyre inside wall was rubbing against the shock-absorber body,totally unsatisfactory and potentially dangerous.
