We dealt with Katy Ashton who was very professional, amicable, patient with our numerous questions and courteous. She kept us updated regularly as we awaited our ordered car for 5 months. We then had an issue with there being no sat Nav in the car despite the spec saying it would have one, however Katie was sympathetic and understanding which helped us to decide to secure the vehicle rather than go elsewhere.

Hi just like to add to this survey that l wasn't contacted at all over the 3 weeks you had my vehicle to say what stage the repair was at , l received a phone call to say my car was ready to pick up after 3 weeks, no documentation as to what was carried out on the problem with the engine, not really good enough, apart from that 1st class service in the past wouldn't go anywhere else, and recommend as already have put this to a friend,

response from staff was excellent. I'm very confident staff would have fulfilled my needs if the right car was available.many thanks for your help.

Car was with dealership for nearly 6 months waiting for parts. I would have expected to have been regularly kept up to date but I had to phone for updates (until Month 6 when I started getting updates as seemed to have been passed to another lady who was more helpful with better comms)
