my car is a mobility vehicle , and although i was very happy with your service ,and understand the delay in receiving my car.( i had to wait almost 12 months ) i feel it would of been nice to have had some '' progress '' phone calls.

I dealt with an advisor Ian who was absolutely fantastic! He helped me out with some issues with the car before purchasing from lookers which he didn’t have to do. His customer service has been second to none and he’s really went above and beyond what I would expect. I couldn’t recommend Ian and lookers enough, been a pleasure to deal with. Thanks so much!!

Everything was smooth from start to finish - i was rang with a confirmation of booking after booking online.They collected the car on time and brought back promptly, and I received a courtesy call to advise me on the progress/ outcome, and told that I would receive an email and video , which I did straight away.

Simon Bant was very helpful and very informative about the vehicle and all the necessary finance, gap insurance and service plans available. I found him a genuine guy that was there to look after me. I was extremely satisfied with my purchase and found the whole experience fantastic.
