Sam Downes and Jordan Minshall ( St Helens Merseyside) were really helpful and very prompt at answering various queries both by phone and email. Excellent customer service . It was Sam’s sales behaviour that tipped the balance of purchasing for us. He isn’t sales pushy, and shows a level of ordinary emotional intelligence in his sales approach, which isn’t usual for car sales ( or sales in general). He gave us all the usual information in various offers and requirements to sufficient detail, in good balance, to enable us to make informed choices. I also checked the finance deal against bank loans and Vauxhall!s partner finance was very competitive and was hassle free process.

I saw a vauxhall mokka on the site, unfortunately there was no pictures for me to view the car, I spoke with Ian on the phone, he was very plesent and told me about the vehicle, but I had already made arrangements to view another.
