As an ex Customer Service Assessor I always take note of how I’m being dealt with. From my initial meeting with Jordan Roche he always acted in a professional and friendly manner. He was able to assist me with a problem I had accessing a voucher code from Vauxhall Partners.On the vehicle handover he made sure the differences between my old Crossland and the new one were explained.

Found the vehicle online, at a suitable price but when I got the video sent I went back onto autotrader and the price jumped up by nearly£500 and delivery was over £300, but after I was contacted back by email the salesman said that his manager would let me have the car at the original price, and because of your sale the delivery dropped down to £99, just a pity that the pricing for car and delivery changed so quick, not impressed by this.
