Great service as always and Im really happy with my new car

I was helped and advised by Sam Downes who was knowledgeable,patient and amazingly helpful.He sorted out all my queries and listened to my requests .He rang or contacted me when he said he would and made what could have been a worrying experience a real pleasure.I am still getting used to my car but I know I can ring Sam and he will help me if necessary. He is a wonderful assett to Lookers at St Helens and I will recommend the garage and especially Sam to anyone who asks .Thank you .

Initially I was looked after by John Laird, whom I knew from a previous visit, and later in the morning by Jason Boardman. They were both excellent, made me feel very welcome and kept me informed of what was happening with my car. I would like to thank both of them.

I spoke to Jason Boardman about a new 2 year service plan and he explained everything to me and advised me about what parts I should cover because my next visit is a major service. The after care at Vauxhalls Knowsley Road St. Helen's as always been to a very high standard.
