I had an emergency problem with a failed waterpump. The car was immediately booked in and the problem identified. The service department were excellent. Katy dealt with the administration very efficiently and Chris dropped me off at home. The car was ready next morning. Altogether efficient and courteous service.

Overall I am very happy how the advisor and the Vauxhall team dealt with me.

I made a first enquiry and changed my mind when I eventually bought the car the MOT was under 9 months I think car should have had a new 1 year MOT regardless of the date of my first commitment.
