Handover was very efficient. Sam went through the different controls of the vehicles with myself and explained if I have any problems or if I am unsure of anything, then to just call back to the dealership. Also, due to my car needing a tracker, I had to wait a little longer. Sam went above and beyond trying to get the date sooner which he managed to do. I was very pleased.
