easy and quick process work completed on time - kept informed of what required and when ready to pick up

Everyone was very helpful and polite. The work was done promptly and we were kept up to date.

It took 2 visits to sort out problem out but Larissa was really helpful and understanding with our problem.

Our repair was dealt with as soon as possible and kept notified each step of the way

It was quick and easy to use. Online booking is convenient and allows for better time management. This capability would be one of the reasons I would come back to Lookers St Helens in future over other garages. Very professional service from everyone I engaged with. The quality of communication was excellent and I felt the overall cost for the work undertaken was very reasonable. I have had a series of recurring issues caused by two other garages so it was a huge relief to have them all dealt with by the efficient and competent team at Lookers St Helens. The video of the visual check was a welcome surprise too as I haven't had one of these before. I will have no hesitation in recommending this team to others.
