Welcomed at reception by friendly and helpful Larissa who always makes you feel at ease. Good updates on progress of service. Appropriate work undertaken following consent being sought. Car clean and presentable when returned, service book stamped.

Ian Owens was lovely and so helpful. He didn't hesitate in explaining something again if I didn't quite understand something but could also talk to him on personal level not a business level, and we also love our new car! Thanks Ian :)

Easy to use and convenient for me as I work full time so do not always have time to make calls. Great staff were helpful and all went smoothly. I appreciate having the option of dealership collecting and dropping off my car as I can then work without having to take time off or out to drop it and arrange to get it back.

The salesman and the whole experience at Lookers, St Helens was excellent. The salesman, Sam, was helpful, pleasant, professional and patient. All important qualities that are rare these days. He made us feel comfortable and relaxed. His manners and attitude was exemplary.
