The salesman and the whole experience at Lookers, St Helens was excellent. The salesman, Sam, was helpful, pleasant, professional and patient. All important qualities that are rare these days. He made us feel comfortable and relaxed. His manners and attitude was exemplary.

Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Everything that was being done in the MOT & service was transparent due to the video sent through to me from the service people. I think that is a brilliant idea!
