I dealt with Chris Cunliffe. He was amazing. He wasn’t the typical pushy care salesman! He got me a car I wanted at a reasonable cost!!

I had to ring for an update of when the car would be ready and asked for the bank details. I had to follow up with an e-mail the following day for the details as they were not sent.

I went into Vauxhall as my car had massively failed its MOT. I had my 10 plate Astra for 14 years. It was a very difficult situation to be in for me as my little girl who passed away at the age of 2 came home in the car in my arms after she had passed away. I used the car mainly to get to the cemetery twice a day. When I rang Vauxhall to see if I could have an appointment the same day I was booked in for 5pm. I was looked after by Ian in the showroom. I can not thank them enough as when I explained everything to him and the team they had my car out and ready within 24 hours. They made a very difficult situation easy for me.
