The process was simple to follow Sam was our designated salesman , he was extremely confident and understanding of my medical condition and was very supportive . Once we had decided on the car we chose ,Sam went through the process with extreme professionalism and support / explaining not only the process of the application but his knowledge of the chosen car was extremely helpful to us . He was empathetic to our need and we were never rushed , he made us very comfortable throughout the whole process and experience there . On picking the car up Sam again went through in detail with the working of the vehicle and again not rushed giving us all the support needed he was very patient through the process . We would highly recommend friend and family to Vauxhall St Helens
