Excellent from start to finish. Simon was my sales executive and listened to what I wanted. At one point it didn't look like the deal was possible and he wasn't pushy at all. After a bit of negotiation we agreed on a deal and I drove away in my new car a few days later.

We had originally had issues with Lookers at Helen’s responding to our queries however once we had escalated the problem they were able to resolve my problem via there manager David Oliver. Software download took longer than expected however John sorted a hire car and swapped this for a petrol model when requested. Great recovery resulting in happy customers but I’ve lost a little faith in Vauxhall and may not return to buy a Vauxhall in future
