I was asked when booking if I wanted a fuel line check at an extra cost of £19.99 I agreed to this and although the cost of the service was £10 cheaper than I was quoted looking at the invoice this doesn't appear to have been done. It was mentioned when I booked in but not when I picked the car up.

I booked the service with Vauxhall on line and it was promptly changed by the dealership without any consultation to a distant date when you had told me it was a recall that could result in a danger driving. They then could only give me a date a month later
