How many places can you go to and get greeted with a cup of coffee service second to none

Katy Ashton was extremely helpful and explained the pricing of the new Astra I was interested in in detail. No complaints.

However,after taking delivery of the car, I noticed the offside wheels had been switched rear to front and front to rear.This switch should not be done as the rear tyres are wider than the front tyres ( 255 rear /225 front).As a result,the front tyre inside wall was rubbing against the shock-absorber body,totally unsatisfactory and potentially dangerous.

No one went through my report with me when I came to collect the vehicle, I wasn’t aware it needed to go back into the dealership, until someone rang me to book my vehicle in.

Good service and Paul kept us informed of our repair and the cost. Only negative I would say is I was offered courtesy car and then told had to pay £18, which considering I pay a service plan to include my MOT and I feel should be included in the price plan.

It's a nice and comfortable waiting area with freely available coffee.

Ian was a great help sorting everything out, went through everything in detail, and would recommend to family and friends to go to lookers and purchase a car
