Everything was really good

It was awful to book the appointment for the mot as not a one slot was available for a Saturday! I received my email update on where my car mot was up to at ten past six that evening, I had to telephone lookers for an update as this video/ update should have been sent earlier.

John was very helpful when finding and buying my new car. He kept in contact regularly via email which was best for me and kept me updated with everything. He was ready and waiting when we first came to view the car and had everything sorted when I went to collect my new car. He organised all my tax for me which gave me piece of mind. Couldn’t recommend enough!

From start to finish, the process of test driving and purchasing our used car was seamless. Originally the car we wanted to buy was sold subject to finance but i was kept up-to-date daily with the process and was advised immediately when the car came back up for sale. John Ashurst rang me, arranged a test drive within an hour and looked after us in the showroom when we turned up for the test drive. All paperwork was done remotely via email and was faultless. The road tax, ownership paperwork etc. took just 10mins to complete in the showroom. Car was immaculate when we picked it up. Would highly recommend Lookers St. Helens and John Ashurst.

Jordan was excellent throughout. Really helpful and efficient at all times. His communication both verbal and email were also excellent. Everything was done in a timely manner and he really did make it easy for us to purchase. Don't think we could have had a much more pleasant experience buying a car.
