Everything was smooth from start to finish - i was rang with a confirmation of booking after booking online. They collected the car on time and brought back promptly, and I received a courtesy call to advise me on the progress/ outcome, and told that I would receive an email and video , which I did straight away.

John the sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly answered lots of questions.

A wait of 3 weeks before being able to take my car in was a little to long . Caused me a number of problems .

Simon Bant was very helpful and very informative about the vehicle and all the necessary finance, gap insurance and service plans available. I found him a genuine guy that was there to look after me. I was extremely satisfied with my purchase and found the whole experience fantastic.

It was Sam’s sales behaviour that tipped the balance of purchasing for us. He isn’t sales pushy, and shows a level of ordinary emotional intelligence in his sales approach, which isn’t usual for car sales ( or sales in general). He gave us all the usual information in various offers and requirements to sufficient detail, in good balance, to enable us to make informed choices. I also checked the finance deal against bank loans and Vauxhall!s partner finance was very competitive and was hassle free process.
