Simon was very accurate with the recommended vehicles for my budget. He suggested the protection on the paint and seats with having 3 boys which I appreciated. He ran through how to use the radio and set up my phone on blue tooth. Very nice guy. He was in contact from the selection of the vehicle to driving the car off the forecourt.
