My enquiry was telephone based and very specific (Motability) your specialist was very honest regarding time of order to delivery due to world shortage of stocks experience and Covid. Unfortunately I was experiencing the same with all dealers. I have since negotiated an extension to my current lease with Motability for a further year .

We found it a friendly and informed experience at what was ,a difficult time to consider trading in our vehicle,we eventually decided to exchange as we felt confident in the longer term after-sales support.
