Overall very pleased, except I get letters, texts about a break down plan has expired. I did not have one. I get phone calls stating my mobility has come to an end, I don't have one. I would like them to stop. Someone somewhere has not done there job correctly.

Very informative at all times, was informed at every step and led through each step promptly, making the purchase simple and smooth. Also, went out of way to get me a best price.
