I was really disappointed having to pay £70.00 on a recall problems. I was going on holiday when the problem started emissions on the dashboard saying I had only 750 miles to breakdown. I had to hire a car at a cost of £300 for the week. Can the £70.00 be returned to me has a good will gesture ? .

Friendly and knowledgable staff

Having booked the appointment weeks in advance I was disappointed to find out the mention of insurance cover on the morning before the appointment. Then on the evening before, I was told that there would be no courtesy at available. After several phone calls one was made available but was manual not automatic as I have been driving for 7 years. I chose to stay and wait and lose earnings. None of this ideal but service on the day was good.

Could not fault the young ladies service

I have been a Vauxhall customer for over 34 years. There is a fantastic team at Lookers Star City, namely,Lisa, who “took care of me “ Ian the mechanic whose video of the work required was very good. Special thanks to Karl who took me home when I dropped off the car, and who returned it when job completed. Excellent customer care and service.Thank you to all.
