It was a pleasant experience. As soon as I came in I was welcomed in with a smile and fun conversation, especially with Tina. Even offering cupcakes! She took me through all the steps of my car service and kept me informed all the way through.Tina had great customer service, a great representative for Lookers Vauxhall.

Branch Lookers star city 21-02-2023 9.30amI had a full service & mot while waiting I ordered a new car. The staff was very good with me.On the service desk I was dealt with by Lisa who was very helpful nothing was to much trouble for her, and she was very knowledgeable.My only criticism for the day was the length of time 9.30am to 4.30pm. I was there.J.Price
