On day of collection, the V5 was not at the dealership and myself and the salesperson had to go to the Post Office to tax the car.

The vehicle I was interested in is still for sale. However the video presentation showed a car not ready for retailing - it wasn't clean and the glove box was broken, which are distinctly off-putting. I also had concerns about the price being asked for the vehicle; online valuation checks (with 'private' and 'dealer' prices) showed a bigger difference to the asking price. I'd be happy to negotiate if possible but at the current advertised price - this isn't the vehicle for me.

Excellent customer service provided - repair done as expected. The main mechanic working on the car Mr Lukasz Rybak exceeded my expectations. He was very professional, polite, patient and repair was done to the highest standards. I could not be happier. I will be only taking my car to Lookers Vauxhall Star City from now on.
